Status Digi (admin, people, Web...)
- Application re-submitted, missing the enterprise declaration from Orange. All documents are on owncloud.unik.no = 1-Admin-NFR = 201703-Digi-Workplan_submit
- Budget in file Budget_DigI_Mar2017.pdf is tentative, as we are still missing the exact mapping of tasks and effort involved.
- As soon as all documents are submitted, then Josef will ask the Research Council on clarification of a) signed contract and b) payment plan
Status Tanzania (Elibariki & Felix)
- Good advances in the description of the tasks, see owncloud Digi_WP_Tanzania_v3.1_FS..docx
- Suggestion of villages almost complete. Need meeting to harmonise the views, and invite operators for assessment of costs
- Current activities: collect health messages/content and put on server
- Upcoming: invite to common meeting to discuss the selection of villages, and the next steps towards partners
- Upcoming: skype call amongst the TZ team on 5April2017
- New: Expected World Bank project in TZ (Felix will provide details) - How can we get free access to health information as part of the specs?
- also governmental approach with Halotel to connect the villages
Status DRC (Finn Helge)
- Harmonisation of infrastructure, meeting on 29Mar2017 with supplier for a common technology line
- Pano and Kalu selected as first villages,
- Upcoming: agree on time-plan for establishing the satellite connection,
- Upcoming: MoU between IPXextenso and BasicInternet on roll-out and buz model
Meetings and Kick-off
- WP-leaders set up the meeting frequency for their team
- Physical meetings 2 or 3 meetings per year, to be harmonised with other events (if possible).
- Digi kick-off: 31.5-1.6. (alternativ 10-11.5.) in Oslo/Kjeller (Christine will ask through Doodle)
